Jeff serves as lead pastor at Real Life Church. He considers it an awesome privilege to lead this team of creative people who, like him, desire to see everyone come into a life changing relationship with Jesus. He leads the overall direction of the church and our teaching team.

Shelley Austin – Children’s Pastor
Shelley serves as one of the children’s pastors at Real Life. Her favorite part is interacting with the kids each week, watching them learn and grow in their faith journey. She leads the Kidz Life team setting overall direction and vision for the Kidz Life ministry. (Birth – 5th Grade)

Isaac Gettman – Youth Pastor
Isaac serves as the Youth Pastor at Real Life Church. He loves to hear all of the teen’s stories and connect with them on a personal level. When he isn’t connecting with a teen or spending time with his wife and kids, he loves to watch a movie, play a video game, a round of golf, root for the Seahawks, or cook up a delicious meal!

Ric Guisinger – Associate Pastor
Ric serves as one of the pastors at Real Life and enjoys being a part of this incredible team that helps connect people with Jesus, the Savior he loves. He serves in most of the various ministries in one way or another, whether through musical, graphic design, web or theological support. He pastors our online service and leads a Tuesday morning Men’s group Life Group. He also helps the teaching team develop the direction of our sermon series and is generally a fun guy to be around.

Stephanie Hilton – Kidz Life Coordinator
Stephanie serves as the Kidz Life Coordinator at Real Life Church, where she has the joy of welcoming families each Sunday and helping kids discover their own place to worship Jesus. She coordinates the Kidz Life volunteer team and has the privilege of partnering with Pastor Shelley to help create a place where every child can know they are loved, valued, and part of the church family.

Kim serves as Church Administrator at Real Life. She faithfully and selflessly works behind the scenes to make everything happen at Real Life from weekly print projects to online calendaring and logistical support.

Christie Sims – Worship Leader
Christie serves as one of the worship leaders at Real Life. She loves working with people, getting to know them, their stories, their struggles and how God is working in their lives. She leads worship at Real Life and helps do a lot of behind the scenes work to help facilitate our worship experience together.
