We’ve found these sites helpful for studying the Scriptures. We will be adding more links to this page as we travel together. These sites can help you if your just starting out reading the Word or if you’ve been traveling the road for a while. Enjoy!

Online Bibles

You Version – An incredible resource that includes multiple Bible translations, free mobile apps and translation downloads, Bible reading plans and much more!

N.E.T. Bible – An online Bible translation project that is an excellent resource for why certain passages are translated the way they are. It is a great way to dig into how Bible translation works.

Bible Gateway – This site is a very helpful resource! Not only does this contain the Bible in several versions, it also has it in several languages and a few audio versions. There are other resources for study here as well like commentaries, keyword and topical searches.

How To Read The Bible – An ongoing series created by the Bible Project that explores the origins, content, and purpose of the Bible. A great place to start!

21-Day study of John – Want to just dive in and start reading? We think the story of Jesus is a great place to begin reading the Bible! This is a 21-day study that takes you through the life of Jesus and contains some thoughts and questions you can consider as you read along. Grab a buddy and grow!

Romans in Thirty – Pray, read, reflect and respond to this amazing letter from the Apostle Paul. This study takes you through what it is to be a follower of Jesus and how he wants to unite us together as His beautiful church!

The Bible Project – The Bible Project is a series of short animated videos that walk through the narrative of the Bible book-by-book and theme-by-theme. It is a terrific way to preview a book of the bible before embarking on a study!

Mark Read Through – An 8-week daily read through of the book of Mark. Enjoy reading the story of Jesus through Mark’s eyes!

Studying Scriptures (pt. 1) – This resource begins with a method of studying the Bible, some resource links about the Scriptures, and a brief timeline of the history of the Bible.

Studying Scriptures (pt. 2) – A continuation of a study about how you can approach passages that may be a little difficult to understand. This method is based on four main questions you ask as you study the Bible.
